This application allows you to view your student's grades and attendance in a real-time atmosphere. By using your student's id number and the password assigned by your school district, you will be able to view your student's current information as well as information from previous marking periods.

Incentive Qualifications
No more than 2 missed homework assignments throughout the qualifying time period
(students may re-qualify based on individual teacher established criteria)
No more than 1 detention
No suspensions
No office referrals

Dial (330) 673-4176 after 3:30pm and select option 5, then teacher's extension.
The FMS Homework Hotline is a tool that parents and students may use to call and check homework assignments or general announcements for that day.
The Hotline is not available during school hours.

Student Instructions for Using Holt McDougal Online Textbooks

Step 1: Log onto http://my.hrw.com/ using the
username and password given to you by your teacher.
Keep your username and password in a safe place.

Step 2: The titles and pictures of all of the books assigned to you should show up on the screen. In the column on the right side of the screen, click on the link of the book you wish to open. 
Step 3: Select a unit or chapter from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

Step 4: Select the book pages tab to begin looking at the sections of that unit or chapter. -The “home” link on the top right-hand corner of the website will take you to the home page for the textbook you are using -The “holt online learning” link on the top right-hand corner of the
website will take you to the page with all of your available textbooks on it.

Mrs. Christoff will be updating it periodically during the year with new information for her enrichment students and their parents regarding upcoming events, activities, and links of information for her students and parents.
REMINDER: 6th Grade Students

REMINDER: ALL students entering 7th grade in the Fall MUST have proof of a TDaP Booster before
school starts. The Portage County Health Department offers Childhood Immunizations Clinics.
These clinics are held at the Portage County Health Department Nursing Clinic on the first floor of the
Portage County Administration Building across from the WIC Office on Chestnut Street entrance.
Clinics are held every Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. through 12:00 noon and are walk-in,
no appointment needed. Infants through age 18 may use the Childhood Immunization Clinic.
