Suffield CARES is an organization in
Suffield who helps to provide "short-term
emergency needs" to families in the
community of Suffield. If you are in
danger of having your electric or heat
terminated, Suffield CARES may be able to

United Way of Portage County offers a
free and confidential service by dialing
2-1-1 on any land line phone. Callers in
Portage County will be directed to
community resources which include
assistance with basic needs such as food,
clothing, shelter, help with rent and utility
payments, physical and mental health
resources, employment assistance, support
for the elderly and people with disabilities,
support for children volunteer
opportunities, and places accepting
donations. Help is just a phone call away!

What is the SUFFIELD LEAGUE?
The Suffield League is a newly formed
organization that supports the local
community through running family friendly
events. They meet at 7 PM on the 1st
Sunday of every month at the Suffield
Town Hall. Upcoming meeting: May 1st.
The League truly needs participation from
the community…if you have employees,
associates, friends…stop out or contact the
League!
